Reasearch On Tourist's Perception Of The Authenticity Of Homestay

Since 2015,when the country proposed to vigorously transform agricultural tourism,rural tourism in the country has gradually become a hot spot.At the same time,with the improvement of people's living standards and the advent of an era of experience,more and more large and medium-sized cities are willing to choose the suburbs or rural experience leisure,freedom of life.B&B tourism and B&B experience on the rise in this context,has now become an important tourist travel options.As a new type of experiential living pattern,the innocent experience escapes daily tension and high-pressure life,and authentic experience becomes the key issue of tourism development and motivation.The tourist's perception of authenticity is the key factor in the development of the home-stay.In this paper,the traditional Chinese village of Taxia in Nanjing was chosen as a destination,since the tourism tourists for the study objects,to explore the tourists'perception of authenticity in Taxia village.Firstly,in a large number of collected,summed up the literatures about the authenticity andauthentic perceptionofB&B both in China and abroad.On this basis,a spot research and investigation on Taxia village bed and breakfast was performed,and analyzed the original status of Taxia village B&B.Thenquantitative research methods,supplemented by qualitative methods,to stay in the Taxia village tourists survey,analyzed the tourists to Taxia village B&B perception of the true authenticityby using SPSS 22.0 statistical software,and explored the main influencing factors by factor analysis.This paper draws the conclusion that the tourists'perception of Taxia village is mainly influenced by four major factors:"Hakka culture experience","environmental experience","service quality experience","satisfaction and loyalty",and on this basis,The protection of primitive authenticity of Taxia village B&B,and the path of development of Taxia village B&B are put forward countermeasures and suggestions in the hope of providing reference,and reference for the protection of authenticity of Taxia village B&B and the development of B&B.
