The Design And Implementation Of TZ Petrochemical Corporation Logistics Management Information System

At present,the use of information technology construction of intelligent logistics system has become an important petrochemical logistics development trend,in the future,there will be more information products applied to petrochemical logistics each link,break the different regions,different mode of transportation and transport management institution of information barriers,make for the management of the logistics industry chain to flatter,co-ordinated,functional and network direction.TZ petrochemical company is located in the economic growth of the Yangtze river delta and the industrial belt along the Yangtze river in jiangsu province,but its oil logistics informationization level is low,still use the manual operation,such as telephone,fax,slow response,low efficiency,there's an urgent need a set of mature logistics management system to standardize the business process.Logistics management information system based on TZ petrochemical company as an example,the study of petrochemical enterprise logistics management system design and implementation,using the information technology and other related theory,a comprehensive investigation of existing business processes,the logistics system of the construction of the relevant requirements,and then sorting out and analyzing the related process optimization,the final completion system architecture design,at the same time,for the whole study of the implementation of the information system,analyzes the difficulty in the implementation process and puts forward effective countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to build for TZ petrochemical company a set of complete logistics management system,to improve the efficiency of enterprise logistics,optimizing logistics process,improve customer satisfaction,to reduce the work intensity,also for the domestic petrochemical enterprise's logistics system to provide the case experience,has certain practical significance.
