Design And Development Of Warehousing Risk Management Information System For A Petrochemical Logistics Company

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the petrochemical logistics market has also expanded rapidly due to the rise and application of chemical products.On the one hand,modern petrochemical logistics has brought economic rapid development and prosperity and progress to the world.On the other hand,modern petrochemical logistics has caused huge economic losses due to frequent major accidents in the operation process.Due to the danger and scale of petrochemical products,enterprises engaged in petrochemical logistics services must realize the information management of storage risk management,so that enterprises can avoid operational risks,improve the operation level of logistics services,thus improve the profits of enterprises and establish a competitive advantage.This paper based on the business process of enterprise storage risk management,combining the HSE management system,organizational structure and problems of the storage risk management,establishes the implementation plan and functional framework of the storage risk management information system.The system is based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 platform,using the B/S three-tier structure mode,using ASP.NET technology and SQL server relational database,to achieve a multi-sectoral,multi-user,multi-user the same role,the same job multi-user operating system.This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign research status of the risk management information system,and then introduces the status and problems of storage risk management of a petrochemical logistics enterprise,and explore the HSE management system,FMEA risk analysis method and HSE risk matrix evaluation method.At the same time,the storage risk management process and organizational structure analysis were carried out,further describes the system business requirements,and the functional design and database design of the system.Finally,the implementation and application of the storage risk management information system are introduced,summarizes the results of the development of the system made,and put forward the prospect for the extension of the function of the system.
