Since the end of the 20 th century,with the continuous development of economic society,the company is often in the limited time constraints and limited resource constraints under the implementation of a specific task.In the management of company projects,many tasks are organized as projects.In practice,many of the larger tasks are difficult to finish through traditional project organizations,they need to be harnessed by the appropriate program of science to achieve them.However,with the continuous progress of information technology and the development of the company's business,there will always be conflicts in various aspects during the operation of the company due to the limitation of resources,which will lead to many problems.Therefore,it is necessary for the company to improve the management mode of project organization according to the actual situation of operation,so as to meet the development of the company and the needs of customers.Therefore,how to improve and perfect the project organization,project organization's biggest potential,every company is on the expansion and development must first solve the actual problem.Therefore,in-depth research on project organization in the field of project management is of great significance to the future development of the company and the effective implementation of the company's projects.In this paper,the problems in the project implementation process of C company are discussed,s the causes of the problems based on these problems are analyzed,and then the necessity of project organizational reform and the design scheme of project organization reform of C company based on the research and analysis of relevant theories is put forward.According to the discussion on the related theories of project organization management and project human resource management,it is proposed that the project organization of C company needs to be optimized on the design of organizational management mode,project resource allocation,organizational performance assessment and team construction.From the perspective of the nature of reform,only when the subjective initiative of each member of the project organization is fully mobilized can the efficiency of the project organization be fully reflected and the goal of the project be accomplished efficiently.Although this paper proposes solutions to the reform of project organization of C company based on the specific case of the project and the discussion of relevant theories,there are still many defects in the process of demonstration.First of all,because of the case files and the length of the paper,there is no detailed introduction to the selected case,and secondly due to the academic level of limitations,it's just a few aspects of project management and project human resources management,so it has a certain limitation on the analysis and design of the project.
