International trade has flourished after China's accession to the WTO.International freight forwarding service has also played an important role in the development of international trade.More and more foreign-funded international freight forwarders stationed in China.DX Company is just one of such enterprises.As the world's leading international forwarding company with a history of more than 120 years,DX Company has an advanced management concept and a high degree emphasis on personnel.It develops a relative complete talent training system,reasonable salary and benefits setting,and also provides a variety of colorful team activities and so on.Even so,the high employee turnover rate in recent years is still the headache of management,which brought bad impact on the company's sustainable development.Customers tend to choose high-quality professional services,but good service is to rely on excellent personnel to perform,so the freight forwarding talents are vital for each freight forwarder to compete.Brilliant talent becomes the core competitiveness,so how to retain talent and reduce the employee drain becomes an urgent matter to be solved for DX company.In this paper,we take DX Company as the research object,introduces current human resources situation of DX Company and freight forwarding trade.Then through the analysis of four typical cases of employee drain,and combining the MBA's theories of human resources and lots of research methods,for example,book reading,documentation reading,employee talks and talking with human resources experts.Finally we found main reasons for the loss of DX employees are from four aspects: recruitment;human resources development;performance appraisal;and corporate culture.And then use the method of theory and practice to design the solutions,which could improve and optimize below factors: recruitment;human resources development;performance appraisal;and corporate culture.Author also provides the specific implementation measures,meanwhile,points out to secure the smooth implementation for those measures needs of top management's escort and lower management with full cooperation.
