Due to the vast number of the size of the consumers,the traditional T-shirt is getting more and more inappropriate to today's market.More and more consumers are expecting more suitable t-shirts for their own body size,suitable for their personality characteristics.Customized t-shirts are becoming more and more popular in the market due to their character.However,due to the low market access threshold,quality and price issues,it is hard to form "specialization","the brand" and also hard to form a large scale.‘Origin Shirt' customized T-shirt is based on this kind of market demanding.We treat every customer as one single market by using Kinect scan or other high technology in order to dominate the market and further boost the whole domestic clothing market.The purpose of the paper: Based on existing literature and research analysis,by using SLEPT and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,we analyzed the macro-environment and microenvironment of the project.We built up organization architecture,team building,and salary,business operational model and our strategic objective.We further used questionnaire survey to analyze our target customers,competitors and the market.We used STP to made target market segmentation and positioning.We created our market plan by using 4PS,and did sales forecasting.We imputed the estimated cost,and analyzed the potential income and profit,predict the potential annual report.We also created composition of capital and exit options.
