Contract energy management (Energy Management, Contract, referred to as the EMC), Is a new market-oriented energy-saving mechanism. Its essence is to reduce energy costs to pay for energy-saving project the full costs of energy-saving way of doing business. After the introduction of domestic contract energy management, greatly promoted the development of domestic Energy Service Company (Energy Service Company, in a foreign country referred to the ESCO domestic referred EMCo), made a great contribution to China’s energy saving. However, due to the EMC market is still in development stage, all EMCo business model is not perfect, and thus hinder the many EMCo development.This article made an in-depth analysis of the elements and relationship between EMC market segments and EMCo business model, on the basis,this article made an assessment of the commonly used business model. SHBGJN is made for the analysis of objects, try the T-EMC, the application of a new business model for new projects in this market segment in order to value creation model innovation and benefits to expand the enterprise development space.Domestic of EMCo business model has only just started with few research results, this article thorough analysis of the characteristics of a business model based on market segmentation, combined with the actual situation, the preliminary draw a possible optimization of innovative solutions for Chinese EMCo implementation of the business model to improve the actual reference.
