Research On Financial And Tax Policy To Promote The Development Of Hydropower Industry Of Dehua Country Of Fujian Province

The theme of this thesis mainly focuses on the financial policies of our country which are tending to support the development of hydropower.In the course of study,the author tries to achieve experience and enlightenment from Yunnan province and collects the data by reading literature,comparing the data and researching,etc.To solve the problems,the author analyzes the theory of public management,financial policy and taxation theory.In order to advance the utilization of renewable energy development and local economy,firstly,this paper defines the meaning of hydropower and the necessity of hydropower development.Then,it points out the problems in the development of hydroelectricity in Dehua country and proves the effect of financial and tax policy.Finally,this paper puts forward some recommendations on the guiding ideology of fiscal and taxation policy.
