Housing Industry And Consumer Policy

Housing industry is an industry that has large consumption potential, high industry relationship and no technology barriers. The developed countries have realized industrialization and urbanization and accumulated much housing development experience. Thus, we are able to make our own housing consumption policy, comparing with and learning from that of the developed countries. And it is the first part of this article.This article is divided to two large parts and five minor parts and the first large part is divided to four minor parts. In the second large part, I put forward suggestions to make China's housing consumption policy.In the first large part, firstly, I analyzed the similarity of other countries' public housing development; secondly, I analyzed their divergence; thirdly, I analyzed the divergence of other countries' housing financial policy; fourthly, I analyzed the divergence of other countries' macro-adjustment policy.In the second large part, I proposed China's housing consumption policy.
