The hotel industry is developing rapidly due to the development of our economy and the improvement of people's living standard.Meanwhile,the competition between hotels is also increasing.This objectively requires that hotel businesses must implement service marketing strategy.Take the customer as the center,emphasis on quality service,improve customer satisfaction,has gradually become an important indicator of increased economic efficiency in the hotel,the hotel core purpose of service marketing enterprise of our country is to improve customer satisfaction,so for the development of hotel enterprise's service marketing strategy has important significance to enhance the market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.This Home Inn in Xiamen as the research object,from the service marketing,hotel service marketing and customer satisfaction theory,customer satisfaction analysis and summary of Xiamen Home Inn,and according to the degree of customer satisfaction,establish the Home Inn Xiamen Gu evaluation system of customer satisfaction,by way of questionnaire investigation,analysis and summary of the survey results,find out the customer is not satisfied with,according to the customer satisfaction evaluation results on the Home Inn,with service marketing 7P combination theory,put forward to enhance the service marketing strategy based on customer satisfaction.The research results in this paper hope to help Xiamen Home Inn to enhance customer satisfaction,hoping to provide help for other economic chain hotels in our country.
