In recent years,China has put forward a strategy for regional economic development.The national economic development has expanded and developed from a few growth poles to more economic regions.The combination of points and faces of regional economy can be achieved gradually.Part of the rapid development of the regional economy is due to the development of regional logistics,because the development of the regional logistics industry can bring together business flows,capital flows,information flows,and technology flows,accelerate the rationalization of the regional economic structure and industrial layout,and adjust the regional and regional economic development,and thus the competitiveness of the regional economy as a whole.Lay a good foundation.China's Medium-and Long-Term Plan for the Development of Logistics Industry(2014-2020)clearly states that the future direction of the logistics industry is to reduce logistics costs,increase the scale and intensive level of logistics enterprises,and strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure networks.Based on the economic characteristics,industrial characteristics,and the basis of urban logistics industry development in Hebei Province,this paper proposes the establishment of a logistics planning network based on the hub-and-spoke model.The theory introduced the characteristics,structure of regional logistics planning,and the coordination of regional economy and regional logistics;the advantages and disadvantages of the hub-and-spoke model,its applicability,and the level of its network construction.In case study,this paper builds logistics network in Hebei Province in two stages: In the first stage,determine the logistics hub city,select indicators related to the city's logistics capabilities,and use SPSS to calculate the score of each city using the principal component analysis method.Several cities are used as logistics hub cities;in the second stage,the scope of radiation of the logistics hub cities is determined,and the transportation costs are minimized by using the gravitational model and the minimum cost model to find and calculate quantitative indicators such as the distance between cities and freight volume.Logistics hub connection.Finally,it put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the logistics industry in Hebei Province,and promote better integration with Beijing and Tianjin,and further promote the coordinated development of the Beijing?Tianjin and Hebei region.The construction of a hub-and-spoke regional logistics network can better reflect the economies of scale,promote the integration of resources,reduce operating costs,and promote the development of regional markets.The research of this thesis can also provide theoretical guidance for the third-party logistics enterprises to widely use the hub-and-spoke logistics distribution network and create scale benefits for the enterprise.
