Research On The Improvement Of Bidding Process Management For State Grid Hebei Electric Power Company

In the last few years,China has had a remarkable period of rapid and sustained expansion economic growth.This development of power projects has attracted more and more investment in power engineering constructions.In order to ensure the quality of construction projects,the preferred way to choose a cost-effective construction is by tender invitation.However,in the process of actual work,there might be some potential issues and misunderstandings in the bidding process of power engineering,which may limits the bidding mechanism to perform its due role in the power industry.This paper is going to introduce the control of the bidding process of the State Grid Corporation and the relevant knowledge of the bidding and purchasing of the Hebei Electric Power Company,and mainly introducing the bidding in relation the procurement.Based on the specific characteristics of the material procurement of electric power enterprises,there are lacks of provincial network procurement management.This second section of this paper is the improvement plan which focuses on the measurement for the loosening of the bidding stages.The stages are including the document preparation and the review stage,the selling standard,the bidding,the bid evaluation stage,the calibration and publicity announcement stage and the supplier management stage.Using the electronic means to make the procedure standardization,as a guarantee of implementation,to enhance the management efficiency of enterprises,economic and social benefits.
