The Study On Bidding Decision Making For Power Project And Its Application

In the first, I survey of the bidding with the present situation at home and abroad, the background and meaning about bidding of power project is analyzed. Secondly, I start with the process of bidding decision making for power project on the basis of studying the theory of bidding power project. The index system about power project bidding is established, and the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate index weight. The model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is structured about bidding strategies decision in this paper. On that basis, the improved Bill of Quantities is used to calculate bidding of power project. Then, the case of extension project about Xi'an 500KV substation is used to applied research, and the result showed that the model of bidding decision is accurate and useful; Finally, the summarize of text is given.
