Marine biomedicine industry is a strategic emerging industry in China,and the development of Marine biological medicine industry is of great significance for improving the competitiveness of China's Marine economy.Guangdong province is a big province of Marine resources,with rich Marine species and high utilization rate of Marine biological resources.With this advantage,guangdong province vigorously develops Marine bio-pharmaceutical industry.Marine economic output of guangdong province for more than ten years in our country,but due to problems such as unbalanced economic development in guangdong province,the number of Marine biological medicine industry of guangdong province exist,small enterprises dispersion,lack of professional talents,ocean resources and the development of industrial clusters can better together,is one of the main way to solve the problem of existing industrial development.Based on this,this paper studies the development of marine bio pharmaceutical industry cluster in Guangdong Province,in order to provide theoretical support and effective way for the development of the marine bio pharmaceutical industry cluster in Guangdong province.First,it combs the related theories of industrial cluster and marine industrial cluster,defines the marine bio pharmaceutical industry cluster,analyzes the development status of the marine bio pharmaceutical industry cluster in Guangdong Province,and further points out the existing problems in its development,such as the lack of full play of the government's role and the unreasonable allocation of regional resources.There are few connections among enterprises in different levels,and the leading effect of leading enterprises is not significant.Secondly,we use location quotient method and PEST-SWOT analysis to analyze marine bio pharmaceutical industry cluster in Guangdong province.The location quotient method is used to analyze the current agglomeration level.By calculating,the location quotient coefficient is less than 1,and it is found that it has not yet formed industrial cluster effect.PEST-SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of industrial clusters from the perspective of politics,economy,society and technology.At the same time,in the development of marine bio pharmaceutical industry cluster,we can draw lessons from the development of foreign marine industrial clusters,such as the United States,Australia and Japan,to analyze the advantages of the industrial clusters from the support of policy and the sustainable development of the marine economy,and draw lessons from the development of domestic marine industrial clusters,such as Liaoning province and Shandong province.And Fujian province and so on,drawing on the experience of the development of the marine industrial cluster,and from the angle of government,the enterprise and the universities and scientific research institutions,put forward to formulate and perfect the industrial support policy,promote the construction of the industrial high-tech zone,improve the supporting facilities of the industrial cluster,play the leading role of the leading enterprises,and strengthen the enterprise.Exchange and cooperation and other policy recommendations.
