Research On Industrial Park Transformation Development In Anhui Province Under The Perspective Of Industrial Cluster

With the further development of reform and opening,industrial park has been developing in full swing in our country,absorbing a large number of capital,technology and labor.With "depression effect" growing,industrial park becomes one of the main engines,promoting regional economic development.In recent years,it has become a hot academic research.Some better parks with planning and developing,which industrial cluster phenomenon is obvious.Local governments are planning and building all kinds of the high-tech development zone,economic and technological development zone and so on.Industrial clusters for the development of the park has brought the incomparable advantages of gathering.Correlation degree of park industry is rising.Industry chain is extending,transaction costs is declining.And innovation ability is raising.Compared to the southeast coastal developed areas or other big cities,although Anhui province as the central region,development of the industrial park still has a gap and a lot of problems,at the same time,it also accepts economic radiation of the developed coastal areas and industrial transferring.The development of the industrial park is showing a good momentum in Anhui province.The benefit of industrial cluster also play a important role increasingly.This paper study transformation development of industrial park based on industry cluster orientation in Anhui province.First of all,we comb the literature of industrial cluster and industrial park at home and abroad research totally.Secondly,we discuss the industrial park of clustering development condition,analyze the difference between industrial clusters and industrial park,combine with domestic and foreign well-known industrial park,differentiate the types of industrial cluster,and sort into three broad categories:high-tech industrial cluster,handicraft and traditional labor-intensive manufacturing industry cluster,capital-intensive industrial cluster.We use the SWOT method to analyse the present conditions of the clustering theory of Anhui province industrial park,expound the clustering of Anhui industrial park development from four aspects:there are the advantage of cluster development,the existing disadvantages and facing the opportunities and threats.Finally,we use the empirical analysis to study industrial park development in Anhui province,through 18 indexes data of 155 industrial parks in Anhui province from 2012 to 2014.Then we utilize principal component analysis to obtain 155 industrial park competitiveness rankings in Anhui province.We analysis the industry cluster in the park about the top 20 and 20 after respectively,and we use cluster analysis to cluster competitiveness score of 155 industrial park,dividing into three types,according to the develop standard,the first kind is called "high quality developmental zone";The second type is called "good developmental zone";The third kind is called "basic developmental zone".Combining with improved CES model to analyze industry cluster effect of industrial zone in Anhui province.Finally we found the top industrial park industrial cluster effect is significant,which the competitiveness of industrial park depends on the development of industrial cluster partly.Through the study,three conclusions are drawn in this paper:First,the competitiveness of industrial park depends on the development of industrial cluster degree partly;Second,the industrial cluster mainly concentrated in the manufacturing industry in Anhui province,mostly belong to traditional labor-intensive industries,but science and technology content is as low as the industrial added value;third,the industrial park's development needs good external environment conditions,different types of industrial park development have different elements.On the basis of the conclusion,several countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the transformation and development of Anhui industrial park:First,optimizing the industrial cluster,and promoting the development of industrial park upgrade;Second,perfecting the supporting system,and promoting coordinated development of industrial park;Third,integrating elements of resources,and promoting model innovation of the industrial park development;Fourth,innovating development idea,and promoting the professional development of industrial park;Fifth,broadening the financing channels,and promoting capital assembling in the development zone;Sixth,cultivating excellent culture,and strengthening the regional embeddedness of the industrial park;Seventh,strengthening communication and cooperation,and promoting the shared development between internal subjects.
