The Relations Between Marine Industrial Structure Transformation And Regional Economies Coordinated Development

This paper, starting with studies on the transformation of the industrial structure and the coordinated development of the regional economy, and considering the affecting factors of regional ecomomies, investigates the influencing effects of transformsation of marine industry structure capability. And by using the successful experience at home and abroad in studies on the relations between the transformation of land industrial structure and the growth of reginal economy for reference and the basic principle of coordinated development of the costal regional economy and marine industry structre as theory foundation, this paper studies on the intrinsic connection and interaction of them, especial for the impact of marine industry structure transformation on the coordinated devopment of costal economy. In this paper, three index systems are established: index systems for marine industrial structure transformation capability, index system for comprehensive strength of marine economy and evaluation indiex systems for the coordinated development of regional economy. By using the principal components analysis and these index systems, this paper obtains the rankings of marine industrial structure transformation capability and marine economy comprehensive strength in coastal 11 provinces and uses cluster analysis to classify these results. Combining hierarchy analysis method and principal components analysis method, this paper analysises and evaluates the synthetic coordinate degree of coastal provinces's coordinated development and the results show there are positive relations among marine industrial structure transformation capability, marine economy comprehensive strength and the coordinated development of marine regional economy and they are interdepent, mutual restrictive and promote together. The work is described as follows:The zeroth chapter is"introduction". Starts with the present situation of marine industrial structure transformation and the regional economies coordinated development's in our country, consideres the actual problems in marine industrial structure and analysises the importance in establishing marine industrial structure transformation ability index system and the necessity to carry out the regional economies coordinated development analysis. Describes marine industrial structure transformations'research significance to the regional economies coordinated development, and determines the goal and methods of index systems research on the marine industrial structure transformation and the regional economies coordinated development basically.The first chapter is"The summary in marine industrial structure transformation and regional economies coordinated development". Analysises the relations between industrial structure transformation and the regional economies coordinated development, and investigates the special factor in marine industrial structure transforms. On the basis of these, defines the concept of the marine industrial structure transformation and analysises relations between marine industrial structure transformation and the regional economies coordinated development.The second chapter is"the domestic and foreign research summary and appraise". Mainly introduces the research results by domestic and foreign scholars as well as the government on various aspects of marine industrial structure transformation and regional economies coordinated development, and then makes a classification and summary to these results. Using the analysis results as reference, prepares for following evaluation research.The third chapter is"marine industrial development condition and structure analysis in our country". On the survey of marine industrial development condition, investigates the present situations of marine economy development in costal provinces cities, analyzes marine industrial structure, and prepares well for the evaluation study.The fourth chapter is"construction of index systems". Using the principles in constructing index systems of the region industrial structure transformation and the conrdinated development of regional economies for reference, this chapter constructes a marine industrial structure transformation index system and a regional industrial structure transformation index system. In order to further investigate the relations between them, this charpter also constructes the marine economy comprehensive strength index system. At last, this chapter introduces methods used in this paper, which include principal components analysis method, analytic hierarchy process method, and cluster analysis method.The fifth chapter is"empirical analysis of marine industrial structure transformation capability and regional economies coordinated development in coastal 11 provinces and cities". Through empirical analysis on index systems, the rankings of marine industrial structure transformation capability, regional economies coordinated development and oordinated development of regional economy in coastal 11 provinces and cities are obtained. And then by the cluster analysis to the results, discoveres that there are positive relations among marine industrial structure transformation capability, marine economy comprehensive strength and the coordinated development of marine regional economy and the three are interdepent, mutual restrictive and promote togetherThe sixth chapter is"the policy suggestions". Elaborates the necessity of improving the marine industrial structure transformation ability in coastal various provinces and cities, and proposes policy suggestions and measures for improving the marine industrial structure transformation ability and the regional economies coordinated development.
