Research On Standardization Construction Of Infrastructure Of Shaanxi Provincial Traffic And Transportation Basic Law Enforcement Station

The grass-roots station of traffic law enforcement is located in the first line of the grass-roots level.It is a basic unit responsible for the comprehensive law enforcement function of traffic and transportation.It plays a very important basic role in the administrative law enforcement of the whole transportation and transportation.The infrastructure at the grass-roots law enforcement station is the necessary material condition to ensure that the grass-roots station fully fulfil its duties.In recent years,the standardization pilot construction of traffic and transportation administrative law enforcement agencies is vigorously promoted by the state local government,developing very rapidly,especially at the grass-roots law enforcement station of transportation and transportation,as the front of the service of traffic and transportation departments,facing the public demand directly,therefore,combining the actual needs of the current transportation industry in Shaanxi province.It is of great practical significance to further standardize the construction of grass-roots stations and ensure the full play of the functions and functions of grass-roots stations.First of all,this paper defines and clarifies the concept,theoretical connotation,characteristics and the main contents of the standardization construction of infrastructure for the basic facilities of the basic traffic law station,and expounds the necessity of the construction of the infrastructure standardization.Secondly,this paper deeply analyzes the construction of infrastructure of Shaanxi provincial traffic and transportation basic law enforcement station.This survey uses two ways of correspondence and field investigation,and makes a systematic investigation on the construction of traffic law enforcement stations at all levels in Shaanxi Province,and analyzes and summarizes the basis of the basic traffic base stations in Shaanxi province.The main problems exist in the construction of facilities,such as the lack of classification construction standards,inadequate office conditions,unreasonable building area allocation,ununified visual image construction,and the serious phenomenon of political and enterprise construction at the grass-roots level station.At the same time,we draw lessons from the relevant construction experience inside and outside the industry,and provide suggestions for the standardization construction of the infrastructure of Shaanxi transportation and grass-roots law enforcement stations.Finally,based on the actual situation of Shaanxi Province,the framework of the construction system of the hardware standardization of the basic law enforcement station of Shaanxi province is constructed,and the contents of the construction content,the scale of the building and the internal and external image and identification of the infrastructure are determined,and the foundation of the grass-roots law enforcement station in Shaanxi province is put forward.The concrete measures and suggestions for the standardization construction of facilities provide a general train of thought for the standardization construction of the infrastructure of Shaanxi's transportation system.
