In recent years,medical cosmetology industry grows rapidly due to the influence of other countries especially South Korean.The number of professional such as cosmetologist,physician and surgeon are increasing dramatically.More and more capital come to this industry,along with the popularization of medical cosmetology,hence the whole industry becomes very competitive.GD medical cosmetology hospital established since 2012,providing constant innovation of medical cosmetology system and high quality customized service,leading frontier technology,becomes a flagship institution in Yongkang' medical cosmetology industry.The author study the related theory of marketing strategy,reading a lot of marketing strategy and cosmetic industry documents and papers,On the basis of a certain understanding of the STP strategy and the 4P marketing theory and combined with the specific situation of Yongkang City medical beauty market,on medical GD Beauty Hospital's marketing strategy analysis and design.First,status quo and development trend of medical beauty industry judged that the medical cosmetic industry is a rising industry,in the next period of time,industry competition will be intensified,the number of agencies will continue to increase,industry management will be more standardized,more advanced technology and equipment,supporting materials will be more secure;secondly,to investigate the medical beauty market in Yongkang city in the form of a questionnaire survey,based on the summary analysis of the questionnaire,combined with the present situation and the competitive environment of GD medical beauty hospital,target market and market positioning clear GD medical beauty hospital;then analyses the current marketing strategy of GD medical beauty hospital,and find the existing problems;finally put forward suggestions for improvement of GD medical beauty hospital marketing strategy and measures.The results of this study show that GD medical beauty hospital mainly investment promotion inefficiency,lack of pertinence and marketing innovation,brand effect is not strong and other issues in the process of operation,we must change the original marketing strategies in improving the marketing strategy and try Wechat marketing model,finally,adjust the organizational structure,the introduction of the hospital marketing department marketing talent,and can make the hospital marketing pattern matching,development situation of open GD medical beauty hospital.
