Analysis On The Profit Model Of Chinese Social Commerce Platform Based On Social Networks

With the continuous update of Internet technology,the social commerce platform based on social networks had rapidly accumulated a large-scale user group through continuous improvement of its perfect user experience and functions,and gradually formed a platform ecosystem with social networks as the core.Moreover,social commerce platforms based on social networks have high commercial value and social value.At the present,the social commerce platform based on social networks still enters the stage of monetizing its traffic,but its profit model is still not clear enough,and it faces the dilemma of innovative profit models.Therefore,the research on the profit model of social commerce platform based on social network has important practical significance.First of all,this study sorted out related concepts and literature,such as social networks,social commerce,and e-commerce profit model.And this study selected the Slevowsky profit model theory consistent with the research object as a social commerce platform based on social networks.Secondly,this study selected the Sino-American typical case ofFacebook and WeChat for comparative analysis.It respectively analyzed the development history,current situation,positioning,core functions,major profit models,and success factors.Thirdly,this study combined Slyvorsky's profit model theory and the case analysis results of Facebook and WeChat,and systematically analyzed the problems faced by the social media business model based on social networking in China,and put forward reasonable suggestions.Finally,based on the above research,this paper forecast the future development trend of China's social commerce platform based on social networks.
