The unused land exploration and utilization on the low hills and gentle slopes has played an important roll in terms of city construction,investment attraction,economy development and industrial adjustment in Lanzhou New Area(the fifth national new area in China).In recent years,the unused land exploration and utilization on the low hills and gentle slopes has effectively relieved the shortage of incremental construction land quota and the contradiction of increasingly construction land needs in all walks of life.advanced the land utilization rate and output rate,improved regional public's working and living life.But it is unclear if all the engineering technologies' implementation accord with construction standard.Its implementation effect hasn't been evaluated d from now on,which hardly evaluate construction Project quality and capital usage efficiency accurately.This article has been deeply compared and studied between the project implementation and engineering construction standard,and also evaluated the implementation effect of the engineering technology in the unused land exploration and utilization on the low hills and gentle slopes from Lanzhou New Area,which based on the collection of related materials,analysis and field research in the unused land exploration and utilization on the low hills and gentle slopes of Lanzhou New Area from the aspect of engineering geological exploration technology and land leveling engineering technology.First,the result shows that from geological engineering technique measures(such as dynamic companion,layered rolling,high slope treatment,etc)and construction of water conservancy works(such as cutting off drainage,preventing flood and so on),the unused land exploration and utilization on the low hills and gentle slopes has effectively prevented and cured landslide,collapse,flood,debris flow and other geological hazard,guaranteed regional safety and stabilization and improving urban geological environment.Second,it shows that technology in engineering geology exploration,land leveling engineering technology and other key engineering technology have well implemented from the experimental zone in the unused land exploration and utilization on the low hills and gentle slopes of Lanzhou New Area,which been brought out remarkable economic,social and ecological benefits.Third,this study shows that the key engineering technology's implementation mode and method are practicable in the unused land exploration and utilization on the low hills and gentle slopes of Lanzhou New Area,which can be use widely and suited to local conditions to other unused land exploration and utilization on the low hills and gentle slopes.Fourth,part of experimental projects lack of third party project monitoring and testing,lack of effective dynamic design and information construction.This study suggests that the inspection of construction quality should be strengthened,the stability analysis and supporting design of the slope should be increased in the terms of the follow-up exploration,which can avoid potential hazard and further enhance engineering construction quality.
