As China's "new normal" economy,the financial enterprise survival and development,demand and the corresponding marketing strategy,to adapt to the new external economic situation.Central proposed reform of the "supply side",points out the direction to us,for society,for the company's customers,for the reform of the financial enterprise itself is imperative.As a result,the optimal marketing strategy is particularly important,is conducive to enterprise development,can more effectively to provide support for the local economy,has a certain practical significance and theoretical value.Huaxia bank as one of the first joint-stock commercial bank of China,suzhou branch belongs to the headquarters of the subordinate branches,this paper uses the SWOT method,according to in the present economic situation in suzhou,suzhou branch company business development present situation analysis,in combination with the practical situation of enterprise development in suzhou,target market selection and market positioning,determine the target market and target customers,study and formulate accord with the actual situation of the 4 p marketing mix strategy,the specific marketing strategy implementation measures are put forward.
