The traditional single-production model of high-volume,low-volume assembly lineproduction can no longer meet the needs of the development of the manufacturing industry.The adoption of small and medium-batch,multi-variety production models has gradually become a major trend in manufacturing.The medium and small-batch,multi-variety production models significantly increase labor productivity and product quality through flexible manufacturing systems,shorten product production cycles,and adapt product production to market changes.Research on process planning and shop scheduling of flexible manufacturing systems plays an important role in scientifically formulating scheduling plans and improving enterprise productivity.To fully exploit the potential advantages of flexible manufacturing systems,it is necessary to fully implement flexible manufacturing systems at the design and planning stage.In-depth analysis and research.At present,the research progress of the process planning and shop scheduling of the flexible manufacturing system is relatively slow.The main reason is that the flexibility of the process route may be higher if the process sequence flexibility is expressed when all or part of the processes have any possible sequential relationship constraints or arrangements.Complexity,the existing description method is difficult to effectively solve the above problems in terms of completeness and conciseness,which results in the inefficient solution of the follow-up scheduling algorithm.Therefore,a more complete description method with completeness is very important to solve the above problems and then follow-up algorithm design.The study of flexible manufacturing system theory and flexible workshop scheduling is also of far-reaching significance.Based on the process planning and shop scheduling of the flexible manufacturing system,this paper studies the flexible expression method in the process planning and workshop scheduling integration research.First,the definition of manufacturing flexibility at different levels of the enterprise is analyzed and the flexibility is classified from different dimensions,and the commonalities of different definitions of flexibility are summarized.Based on the analysis of the definition and composition of the manufacturing flexible system,the process planning and shop scheduling in the flexible manufacturing system are analyzed.The concept of flexibility is analyzed from the planning and scheduling level.The definition of the flexible process path,flexible process sequence,and the definition of machine flexibility are obtained.And analyze the three main flexible expression methods.Secondly,the flexible description method based on feature is deeply analyzed,and the macro process concept is proposed with feature media as the medium.The macro sequence and sequence constraint matrix are combined to describe the process sequence flexibility,and the And/Or graph is analyzed in depth and the conceptual concept of OR subgraph is used.Describe process path flexibility.A multi-flexibility expression model for flexible process path,flexible process sequence and flexible machine is proposed.Any work piece can be expressed as J=<O(J),ORs,SCs,MTs,MAP>.This model can be used to describe any A variety of flexibility.A process sequence generation algorithm and a work piece sequence generation algorithm based on topological sorting macro operations are designed.Using a flexible description method based on a macro process,a work piece instance that cannot be accurately described using And/Or diagrams is verified,thereby confirming the flexibility based on macro processes.Describe the completeness of the method.Finally,it is concluded that the flexible description method based on the macro process can better describe single and multiple flexible work pieces,and overcome the completeness of existing description methods when process order flexibility and process flexibility are high.Combine explosions and other issues.
