Research On The Urban Management Officers Appearance Of Zhuanghe Based On CIS Theory

In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,urban construction is changing,at the same time,it also brings unprecedented contradictions and challenges to urban management.City inspectors as the most basic law enforcer in urban management,closest to the people,however,in recent years,the urban management team has grown steadily.The level of quality of city inspectors is not uniform,from time to time,incidents rushed by city inspectors and stall vendors.The rise of the media,making the negative news of city inspectors more and more visible in newspapers,the image of city inspectors has plummeted.To reshape the good image of Zhuanghe City Administration,this article introduces CIS image design theory,by factor analysis,find out the factors that contribute to the professional image of Zhuanghe City Administration,combined survey data,evaluation of Status Quo of Zhuanghe Urban Management Professional Image,then find out the problems,propose appropriate countermeasures and suggestions.This article first introduced the research background,purpose and significance,and by reading the literature,explained the research status of CIS theory and urban management image at home and abroad.Followed by an overview of CIS theory and urban management image,and analyze the feasibility and necessity of introducing CIS theory into urban management image analysis.Then import the concept image,behavioral image and visual image of CIS theory for Zhuanghe City Urban Management Professional Image Research Design,constructing an index system for evaluating images.Then,through factor analysis and questionnaires,analyze the design factors.Passing the Empirical Research on Zhuanghe Urban Management Professional Image,mainly draw the following conclusions:(1)Zhuanghe City Administration performed well in visual image,poor performance in concept image and behavioral image.(2)There are many factors that contribute to the influence of Zhuanghe City's professional image on management and recruitment: city inspectors are fair and just,city inspectors are integrity,city inspectors are compassionate,city inspectors introduction to law enforcement based on clarity,city inspectors are civilized and clean,city inspectors are dress code,city inspectors are serious.(3)Combined with the survey data,the main problems in the professional image of Zhuanghe City Management are: city inspectors are lack of compassion,city inspectors are not good at communication and coordination,city inspectors work simple and crude.For the above analysis results,proposes countermeasures and suggestions for rebuilding Zhuanghe's Urban Management Professional Image:(1)Reflections on the concept of image creation of Zhuanghe Urban Management.(2)Deepen the people-oriented concept of urban management law enforcement.(3)Establish the access mechanism for law enforcement officers.(4)Regulate Zhuanghe City Administration Enforcement Procedure.(5)Establish and improve supervision and assessment mechanism for urban management law enforcement officers.(6)Strengthening the External Image-building of urban management law enforcement officers.(7)Strengthen urban management promotion work.It is hoped that the urban management department and law enforcement personnel of Zhuanghe City will effectively change their work style,attach importance to image maintenance,and reshape the good image of urban management.
