Study Of Optimizing The Tas Service Under The Service-oriented Government

Deepening the reform of administrative system and building a service-oriented government is an important direction for the future development of the Party and state.As an important government department,the Tax Authority takes on the great mission of collecting wealth for the country and collecting taxes for the people.Thus,building the service-oriented tax authority is to meet the needs of the public and the inevitable requirements of social development.Since 21 st century,the Tax Authorities attach more and more importance to the tax service;the tax service develops rapidly and optimizes constantly in terms of concept,system and collection and management measure to increase satisfaction of taxpayers.This article studies the existing problems of the tax service and proposes some feasible optimization suggestions from the prospective of building a service-oriented government and based on the actual situations of the F Municipal Office,SAT.The suggestions may be used for reference for the tax service practice and be helpful in building a service-oriented government.This article expounds the concept of the tax service and service-oriented government,studies the theoretical basis of the tax service and analyzes the development status and effects of the tax service of our country and the F Municipal Office,SAT.Combining with some aspects in the tax service work with lower satisfaction from taxpayers,the article indicates the existing problems and their causes in the tax service of the F Municipal Office,SAT.Moreover,learning from the foreign advanced tax service practices and experience,it proposes some countermeasures for optimizing the tax service.Based on the satisfaction survey of taxpayers and personal basic experience in the tax service,the proposed optimization countermeasures and suggestions in the article include improving the internal management of the tax authority and optimizing the tax service experience of taxpayers as well.They can serve as reference for building the service-oriented tax authority with their highly practical characteristics.
