In the year 2009,the China Banking Regulatory Commission issued “The Pilot Management Methods of the Consumer Finance Companies” and regulated spheres of business and conditions of establishment for consumer finance companies.In 2010,the first batch of four experimental consumer finance companies officially came into the public view.As a newly emerging force,the consumer finance companies have officially entered the Chinese credit market.After nine years' development,the consumer finance companies have provided credit services for tens of thousands of customers,and gradually became the main suppliers in the consumer finance market.But compared with the developed countries,the consumer finance of our country has not built up a mature operating system.In the process of development,the consumer finance companies are confronted with a lot of problems.In this period,many credit suppliers like the network micro-credit companies,P2 P and cash loan companies rushed into and messed up the consumer finance market.In this background,the consumer finance met the year of supervision.During 2017,the government released a series of measures to regulate the development of the branch.Some called it “the post regulatory era”.As one of the second batch of experimental consumer finance companies,X consumer finance company more should adjust its own strategies to fit the market environment and strive for the long term development of the company.The author chooses X Consumer Finance Company,the trade representative,as the study object.This thesis focuses on the basic implements of the analysis on the administration of strategies.Through analyzing the interior and exterior environment,pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of the company and the opportunities and threats it meets.Based upon the analyzing of the physical situation at the present stage,the author proposes the general strategic targets for X consumer Finance Company.Formatting distinctive and innovative mode by combining the on-line and offline business,the basic and innovative products,and combining data operation and customer relationship management.Oriented from the inclusive financial system,developing the present customer-demanding consumer financial products and services,keeping working on the inclusive finance,helping the real economy and leading the development of the consumer finance.According to the models of SWOT and QSPM,proposing that the company‘s overall strategy should mainly select differential competitive strategy.For the strategies carried out smoothly,X Consumer Finance Company should start with the following capacities: marketing models,risk management,building of human resources.
