Research On Several Key Problems Of Port Logistics Service Based On Supply Chain

As a strategic resource during the globalization, the port is an import foundation in advancing national economy, optimizing industrial distribution as weel as keeping national economy high-speed growing. The port, which is an integrated logistics provider, has process a central position and is playing a more and more important role. After the reform and opening, the port transportation has been greatly developed, hardware construction is promoted, however, less favor has been done to the management of port. In this paper, the research on the construction of port logistics service supply chain has been proceed in order to improve the port's management level. The main content in the research is as followed:1. Research on the selection of logistics service supplierEvaluation index system has been established for the selection firstly. Considering that unclear and fuzzy information exsits in the evaluation, the fuzzy theory and grey theory have been applied in the model.2. Rearch on the task allocation for the port logistics service supply chainThe main purpose is to decide how to allocate the task to the logistics supplier, not only satisfy the clients demand, but also guarantee the suppliers'satisfacation degree and keep the supply chain's stability。Considering logistics service suppliers'deceptive problem, game theory is applied in the models, which makes the models more practical.3. Rearch on the profit allocation for the port logistics service supply chainThis section mainly studied the profit allocation under mixed reward pattern which contains two parts, fixed profit and incentive profit. Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process are applied for the allocation of the former one, while improved Shapley method with risk factor is for the other one.4. Research on the performance evaluation for the port logistics service supply chainIn order to reflect the operation situation of the supply chain, the paper studied the performance evaluation problems. Non-market factors such as policy and natural conditions which affect the supply chain's performance have been considered. Improved balanced score card is applied to establish the evaluation system with the core of Economic Value Added (EVA). Besides, extension fuzzy AHP method is used to determine the index weight. All these have provided scientific and rational way for the evaluation of the port logistics service supply chain.
