Research On Logistics Supplier Selection And Task Assignment In The Supply Chain Of FMCG Logistics Service

In recent years,with the development of e-commerce and the introduction of “new retail”,the whole society has increasingly accepted and recognized the omni-channel retail model of online and offline integration,and the FMCG industry has also developed rapidly.The strategic position of logistics distribution in the circulation channel under the omni-channel retail model has been increasingly prominent.However,due to the special nature of the FMCG circulation,it is impossible to achieve the economical and efficient operation of the logistics link.Therefore,how to scientifically and rationally organize the logistics resources of FMCG is a topic worth studying.The fast-moving goods logistics service supply chain starts with scale and intensification.Logistics service integrators achieve intensive management by integrating logistics resources beyond a single enterprise and within their own scope,thereby achieving a large-scale logistics cost advantage.It can effectively solve the high cost and low efficiency problems caused by the fast-moving consumer goods industry in the extremely dispersed state of logistics resources.This thesis mainly studies the key issues in the construction and operation of the fast-moving logistics service supply chain,namely the function-based logistics supplier selection and task assignment.On the basis of summarizing the research on logistics service supply chain at home and abroad,this thesis defines the concept of logistics supply chain of FMCG.The necessity of the construction of the fast-moving goods logistics service supply chain was expounded from the aspects of fast-moving consumer goods enterprises,distributors and third-party logistics.On this basis,this thesis constructs a fast-moving goods logistics service supply chain.For the key link of the FMCG logistics service supply chain,the functional logistics supplier evaluation selection.At this stage,a functional logistics supplier is selected to select a comprehensive evaluation index system,and the evaluation option is selected by the entropy weight-TOPSIS method,which belongs to the primary selection stage of supplier selection.In addition,this thesis discusses the task assignment of functional logistics providers in the operation phase of the fast-moving goods logistics service supply chain,which belongs to the selection stage of supplier selection.Considering the requirements of logistics and distribution of FMCG,the multi-objective planning model of supplier task assignment with the lowest service cost,the shortest service time,the highest supplier satisfaction and the minimum integrator penalty is constructed.The model is solved by the constraint method and the linear weighting method.Finally,an example is used to verify the applicability of the model.This thesis is based on the perspective of logistics service integrators to analyze the construction of the fast-moving goods logistics service supply chain.This thesis is based on the perspective of logistics service integrators to analyze the construction of the fast-moving goods logistics service supply chain.And solve the problem of selection and task assignment of functional logistics providers in the construction process.
