Research objective: First,to understand the landscape architect's current situation of job burnout,workplace spirituality and organizational commitment,and to study different demographic variables on the relationship between the landscape architect's job burnout,workplace spirituality and organizational commitment on analysis of the differences.Second,to study the relationship between landscape architect's job burnout,workplace spirituality and organizational commitment.Third,to study the influence of job burnout of landscape architect on organizational commitment,the impact of workplace spirituality on organizational commitment,and research on the regulating role of workplace spirituality on the relationship between job burnout and organizational commitment.Lastly,in order to alleviate the job burnout of landscape architect and to improve the organizational commitment of landscape architect to provide targeted rationalization proposals.Research content: The questionnaire was designed according to the job burnout scale,workplace spirituality scale and organizational commitment scale.Using SPSS24.0 software and AMOS20.0 software for statistical analysis,the relationship between job burnout,workplace spirituality and organizational commitment was studied empirically.The main results of the study are as follows: first,landscape architect's job burnout,workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have some differences in some dimensions.Second,landscape architect's job burnout and three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,cynicism,and low sense of achievement were significantly negatively correlated with organizational commitment,the correlation coefficient of the organizational commitment are-0.323,-0.389,-0.328,-0.342(P<0.01);there is a clear positive correlation between landscape architect's workplace spirituality and their corresponding work sense dimension,team contact sense dimension,individualorganizational value fit and organizational commitment,the correlation coefficient of the organizational commitment are 0.184,0.584,0.249,0.274(P<0.01).Third,the workplace spirituality plays an important role in regulating the relationship between job burnout and organizational commitment.The more spiritual the landscape architect have,the less the organizational commitment is to be negatively affected by job burnout.Research conclusion: To ease the landscape architect's job burnout,improve the level of landscape architect's organizational commitment,people can be based on the individual differences in landscape architect to play the role of organizational managers to guide;people can also study from the landscape architect causes of job burnout,to increase the extent of the landscape architect's workplace spirituality.
