With the rapid development of knowledge economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the traditional material incentive model has been unable to meet the growing internal needs of employees, which is called workplace spirituality. In order to gain the advantage of talents, the enterprises have to meet the internal needs of employees to improve their organizational commitment and work performance so as to improve organizational performance.Based on this background and the theory of workplace spirituality, organizational commitment and work performance, through the induction and deduction of the previous literature, the thesis systematically and deeply explores the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational commitment and job performance.First, through literature research and based on the influence relationship among employees’ workplace spirituality, organizational commitment and working performance, the paper establishes a relationship model which proposes the hypothesis expounding the influence of workplace spirituality on working performance using organizational commitment as a mediating variable; Secondly, design the questionnaire and determine the questionnaire; Thirdly, the paper carries out an empirical test of the model with SmartPLS3.0 using a sample comprising 204 enterprise employees. Finally,by analyzing the relative path coefficients of the relation model, a significant positive influence of workplace spirituality on organizational commitment and working performances is shown, wherein organizational commitment displays a mediating effect between workplace spirituality and working performance. Furthermore, the three dimensions of workplace spirituality including sense of meaning in work, sense of community and alignment with organization values can influence organizational commitment in a positive way respectively, thus help to improve the employees’ task performance and contextual performance.
