Multi Function Evaluation Of Land Use In Xi'an

The multi-function evaluation of land use is designed to find out the evaluation of land use function in the region,to find out the factors affecting land use function,and to promote the transformation of economic development,to improve the ecological environment and to build a harmonious society,and to promote the transformation of the land use mode,and to do a good job in the theory of the sustainable utilization of soil and land resources.Practice preparation.At present,the evaluation of land is mainly focused on special evaluation and lack of comprehensive evaluation on all aspects of land use.Under this background,the objective and scientific understanding of the multifunction evaluation of land use is very important for finding the problems in land use process,changing the traditional land use mode and realizing the sustainable development of social economy.This paper takes the most developed city of Northwest China,Xi'an,as an example.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation of land use,the social,economic and ecological evaluation index system based on the concept of sustainable three-dimensional degree is constructed.Using the grey relational projection method combined with the mathematical model and the vector projection,the multi function changes of land use in Xi'an from 2005 to 2015 are quantitatively evaluated.The models of functional level and obstacle factors were used to analyze the functional level and obstacle factors during the evaluation period.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2005 to 2015,the change of land use quantity and structure in Xi'an is obvious,the diversity of land use is reduced,the concentration of land use is increased,and the efficiency of land use is low.(2)From 2005 to 2015,the comprehensive function of land use in Xi'an was slowly increased,in a moderate continuous level,the dynamic degree of function change was continuously improved,and the center of gravity was transferred from economic function to social function.From the standpoint of single function,the economic function has always maintained a slow promotion,but the growth rate is accelerating year by year.The ecological function is gradually changed from slow promotion to slow degradation,social function is changed from slow promotion to rapid promotion,the coordination of single function of land use is reduced and land use tends to be simplification.From the point of view of the sub function,the function of resource supply has been in a slow degradation stage.The function of agricultural production and the function of ecological maintenance first slowly and slowly degenerate.The function of environmental purification and the function of cultural leisure are slowly and slowly,and then,the function of economic development,social protection,housing and employment.Support function has been in a state of improvement,and the coordination of land use function has gradually strengthened,and land use has become more diversified.(3)The factors that impede the use of land and the degree of impact barriers have been in dynamic change.In general,the obstacle factors are gradually changing from economic factors to environmental factors.
