With the transformation of the mode of economic development and the adjustment of the industrial structure of the city,the development of industrial agglomeration has become an inevitable trend,and the industrial space of the logistics industry has become increasingly obvious.This article attempts to explore the evolutionary process and distribution characteristics of the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in Qujing from the perspective of space-time.On the one hand,it enriches the research content of related modern logistics industry;on the other hand,it provides a basis for the government to effectively guide the rational distribution of logistics enterprises of different types and regions,and provides reference for the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in the underdeveloped regions.Based on competitive rent theory,industrial location theory,central location theory,agglomeration theory,and behavioral theory,the paper builds on the research situation at home and abroad,field surveys,and the establishment of spatial attribute databases,from the perspective of time and space,it uses GIS spatial analysis methods(domestic analysis,nuclear density analysis,hot spot analysis,track of the center of gravity)to analysis the evolutionary process and distribution characteristics of spatial pattern of logistics enterprises in Qujing city and municipal districts from the perspective of the whole and each type.Performances in the city area:(1)1 The spatial distribution of logistics enterprises shows a significant concentration of centripetalism,presenting a pattern of “single nuclear multi-centered”(2)Logistics companies are distributed along the main road of traffic;(3)The spatial pattern characteristics of different types of logistics companies: The transport-type logistics enterprises have evolved from a "single-core multi-centered" to a "single-nuclear,multi-center,along the traffic axis".The integrated logistics enterprises have presented a "single-core,multi-centered" spatial pattern.The storage-type logistics companies have all shown themselves.From "single-centered" to "mono-nuclear and multi-centered,along the axis of traffic" evolutionary pattern,urban distribution-typelogistics enterprises and loan-based logistics enterprises all exhibit a spatial pattern of evolution from "single-centered" to "single-nuclear and multi-centered".In the area of municipality:(1)Logistics enterprises show a clear trend of expansion of suburbanization;(2)Different types of logistics companies have different spatial orientations,transport-type logistics companies tend to be in the central city and near suburbs of 0-6km and >8km The distribution of major traffic along the outer suburbs,integrated logistics companies tend to be located in the suburbs and transportation hubs of cities outside the 2km layout,urban distribution logistics companies tend to layout in the inner suburbs and outer suburbs within 2-6km within 8-10 km.Warehousing logistics companies tend to be located within the near-distant suburbs of4-8km,and loan-subsidized logistics companies tend to be laid out in the central urban area and suburban areas of 0-4km.Further integrating the socio-economic development status of Qujing City,revealing the main factors influencing its spatial layout: the influence of natural conditions,the force of the market,the force of government,the forces of information technology and logistics business owners location preference,the characteristics of logistics enterprises.Then,according to the socio-economic development status of Qujing City,the main factors influencing the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in Qujing City are revealed: the characteristics of logistics enterprises,market forces,government forces,information technology forces,and spatial behavior of logistics enterprise owners.In order to promote the healthy development of the logistics industry in Qujing,and optimize the spatial distribution of logistics companies,for some issues,such as there is a lack of unified planning for the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in Qujing City;the layout is irrational,cut into the various functional areas of the city;poor spatial distribution;large-scale logistics park construction threshold is high,and small-scale enterprises have poor accessibility and so on,this article constructively puts forward some optimization proposals: we should do a good job of positioning and pre-planning;rationally plan logistics bases and promote proper aggregation of logistics companies;focus on the serial layout of supply chain;coordinate urban-rural distribution logistics and promote coordinated development The introduction of preferential tax policies to support small-scale logistics companies to enter thelogistics park and other optimization proposals and so on.
