Research On Optimization Of Qujing City Tax Service After The Combination Of National And Local Taxation

In 2018,based on the overall idea of deepening institutional reform,the State Administration of Taxation organized all tax authorities to carry out important reform of collection and management.Based on the core management of the General Administration,all provincial and subordinate institutions were integrated to develop into an organizational system under the joint leadership of the General Administration and the government.In the face of the challenges in the new era,it is the core work of the current period for tax authorities to reform public services,so as to guide and guide taxpayers’ tax payment services,enhance mutual compliance and mutual trust between tax collectors and taxpayers,realize the construction of service government,and enhance the credibility of tax authorities.Improve the quality and efficiency of tax service,ensure the stability of national tax revenue,and promote the construction of service-oriented government and harmonious society.It has been a year for the merger of national and local taxation.In this year’s work,the author combed through his job position to sort out the taxation service work of Qujing City Taxation Bureau,and analyzed and summarized the taxpayer satisfaction survey interviews.Problems and reasons in the service work.Under the enlightenment and study of the effective methods of taxation services in foreign developed countries,a series of measures suitable for Qujing Taxation Bureau to optimize taxation services are given to help the city’s work to a higher level.This paper is based on the background that the country builds and optimizes the business environment,the tax bureau improves the tax business environment,and enhances taxpayer satisfaction.Qujing Taxation Bureau is the research object,through the following research methods: literature,questionnaire and analysis,based on the study of predecessors’ research on taxation services,drawing on the research results of predecessors,collecting and sorting out questionnaires on taxpayer satisfaction in Qujing City,researching and discussing Qujing’s taxation The optimization of taxation services is analyzed.Qujing City Taxation Bureau’s unique approach and practical problems in optimizing taxation services after the merger of the state and local taxation are analyzed.some reasonable strategies for optimizing taxation services to adapt to Qujing City are summarized,in order to optimize the taxation business environment,and further promote the merger of state and land tax To provide some reference for the taxpayer’s satisfaction construction.
