With the advent of the era of net economy,“Relation” has remarkably shown its important status and impact in developing of social economy,science and technology,culture and ecology.Hereto,academics have made further comprehensive study and analysis,but the impact of personal social networks on its workplace behaviors studied the overall still to be at the initial stage,fully launched the discussion by no means.Hereby,studying the correlation between internal personal social network and employee's working performance's theoretically and realistically significant of leading employees construct personal network reasonably,improving employees' job performance,and promoting sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.Based on the related literature review of social networks and employee job performance,this thesis combines quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods,and studies system statically the impact of dimensionalities of internal personal social network on dimensionalities of employee's working performance using SPSS and Amos computer software.The main research of this thesis includes dividing internal personal social network into three dimensionalities,which are network quality,network heterogeneity and network dynamics,and dividing employee's working performance into two dimensionalities,which are job performance and emotional performance,and the impact of each dimension.This thesis builds a conceptual model of the impact of enterprise internal personal social network on employee job performance,designs specific measurement scale of internal personal social network dimensionalities,carries out questionnaire survey on the impact of enterprise internal personal social network on employee job performance,and analyzes the data with descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation fitting analysis and hypothesis testing.Through the above research work,this thesis draws a conclusion of “Internal personal social network can make obvious effects in promoting employee job performance,and network quality,network heterogeneity and network dynamic shave a significantly positive influence on job performance and emotional performance”.Hereinto,the influence of network quality and network heterogeneity on job performance is more remarkable,the path coefficients are 0.73 and 0.64;the influence of network dynamics on emotional performance is more remarkable,the path coefficient is 0.84.The main contribution and innovation of this thesis reflect in defining the notion of enterprise internal personal social network through reviewing the existing literature,and explicating measure dimensions,which innovating present research perspective of social network.This thesis combines social network theory and performance management theory,and builds the influence model between the two and executes verification.In the end,this thesis tables a proposal on internal personal social network development strategy from the perspective of enterprise managers and employees self-management,which provides new insights into working performance management of the enterprise and individuals.
