Enterprise social capital becomes an important field of business research. Private business owners are the core of enterorises,The scale and quality of social capital enterprises are closely related to business owners' social interaction and contact. In order to help enterprises build and accumulate social capital consciously or unconsciously,business owners establish relationship with external stakeholders and enterprises by their personal and social relations and other outreach activities. For private enterprises,it is not conducive to their survival and development in long run because of over-reliance on business owners in the manner the accumulation of social relations,but in the period of private enterprises development,private enterprises are "business owners' enterprises ",private business owners how to transform their social relations to enterprise's social capital by diverse ways,which is still very worthy of theoretical study and practical exploration of the topic.The aim of this paper is to combine the researches of two research fields about business owners' networks and enterprise's social capital. The author discusses the mechanism from which business owners transform their social relationships into enterprise's social capital and provide new ideas to maintain the social capital. The logic of this paper,is followed,firstly,the author analyse the significance of business owners' networks of accumulating enterprise's social capital. Then by analysing the basic types of the private business owners' social networks and the formation of channels. By exploring the model of the mechanism from which business owners transform their social networks into enterprise's social capital. Finally by introducing the case of Xinguang Holding Group to demonstrates an empirical study.The structure of this paper is described as followed.In part one,the backgrounds and proposes of this research is described. A brief overview of the theoretical foundations and research methods are also introduced in this part,pointing out the significance and methods of study.In part two,research on the significance of business owners' networks of accumulating enterprise's social capital,the basic content and the formation of channels. The business owners networks conduce to enterpris get information,to reduce business transaction costs,to promote members cohesion of organization, to absorb the talent,to construct enterprise culture. The author elaborates the specificity of business owners' social networks in the accumulation of enterprise's social capital from five aspects,summarizing the relationship between business owners' networks and enterprise social capital. They are based on each other,mutual inhibition and mutual transformation.Finally,analying five mechanisms by which business owners' networks are established which are business owners personal background,education investment,reputation investment,investment in social relations and social capabilities of the network investment.In part three,the transformation model of business owners' networks into enterprise's social capital is constructed. This chapter firstly analyzes the source of enterprise's social capital from the perspective of behavioral dynamics,that is,through the drive logic of "motivation-behavior-interaction,"to preserve and access social capital;then analyzes the the transforming path of business owners' networks into enterprise social capital,which is the learning mechanism,institutional mechanisms and interaction mechanism. Finally the author construct the transforming path model of business owners' networks into enterprise social capital.Part four,case study. This paper selects Xinguang Holding Group,a typical growth private enterprise, as analysis object;and analyses how the board chairman of Xinguang Holding Group,Zhou Xiaoguang,converts personal social networks to enterprise social capital so as to provide the actual verification of results of theoretical study.
