The architectural design industry is a typical knowledge-intensive industry,as its important component is professional technical personnel,is the key factor of the development of the construction industry and the important strategic resources;As the market competition intensifies,the current situation of the architecture design industry is that the talent flow is frequent,the brain drain is serious,and the leading brain drain of the industry becomes a hot phenomenon in the industry.The root cause of this situation is the lack of loyalty and satisfaction.In this regard,improving the employee's satisfaction with the job becomes the important goal of the current company management and the center of enterprise management;More and more architectural design units began to attention to the cultivation of talents and incentive mechanism,hope to be able to grow your own talent,retain talent,use talent,in order to get advantages in the severe market competition.As an outstanding enterprise in the construction design industry of suzhou,jiangsu meicheng architectural planning and design institute has also had the problem of talent flow and serious brain drain in recent years.To this,this paper applies only to an enterprise,employee satisfaction survey,and on this basis to understand what exactly aspects of enterprise employees are not satisfied,and then puts forward the corresponding improvement measures to improve employee satisfaction.Finally,jiangsu meicheng architectural planning and design institute limited reduces brain drain and effectively attract talents,retain talent,use talents,and propose corresponding strategies for improving employee satisfaction.This paper takes the city design institute of employee satisfaction survey as the research subject,the satisfaction survey results are detailed analysis,theory of employee satisfaction as mentioned in the paper and research status at home and abroad,puts forward some countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction improved,at the same time puts forward how to ensure the implementation of the improvement Suggestions.This thesis mainly adopts the method of case study,and supplemented by literature method,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other research methods,the omni-directional multi-angle to beautiful city design institute of the company's employee satisfaction survey results were analyzed,andthe study and put forward improvement Suggestions,this study is qualitative research methods.
