With a present situation of high speed development and its special system characteristics, the human resources management process of private enterprise is very complicated and needs a lot of transformation. I have summarized and analyzed some existing researches on enterprise incentive mechanism, and find many of these researches only focused on original incentives theory, ignoring the real thoughts of workers without investigating the real problems and making special incentive mechanism for special enterprise using the method and the content localization which are feasibility. As we all known, only satisfied staff can have content customers. This paper has made an effectual investigation on degree of satisfaction of private enterprises'employees currently.With the current domestic and foreign research results, it analyses the reasons that can effect employee's satisfaction, and it summarized the most effective method to incentive employees, helping private enterprise with changing the situation of human recourse management and incentive mechanism and making a great profit.The full text is divided into five parts, the first part proposes the research background and the significance, shows the research method and the mentality, and explains the paper innovation spot.The second part of this paper has expound the theory of employee's degree of satisfaction and some incentives related concepts, based on classical drive theory such as the double factor theory and the expectancy theory, it has analyzed in the importance of investigation on employee's degree of satisfaction before designing incentive mechanism.The third part of the paper describes how to survey on more than 300 employees'satisfaction, using frequency analysis, such as average analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods, to draw the most important factors which effect private enterprises employees'Satisfaction most. Besides, these factors were classified by T-tests, one-way ANOVA statistical test, to draw the key impacts of employee satisfaction, and help to make a summary of relevant findings. By comparing the existing incentive mechanism of private enterprises and study on the employee satisfaction survey results, according to the double factor theory, part 4 has discussed some suggestions on how to enhance satisfaction and encourage and motivate employees in all aspects of the spirit and matter, such as pay levels, staff personal factors, culture and so on.The last part of the paper summarizes the whole research and look forward to the future research.
