The research of Harvard Business Review Weekly shows that enterprise and customer satisfaction will lower 5 percentage points when employee satisfaction lowers 3 percentage points. This shows employee satisfaction is the key factor which affects customer satisfaction, enterprise satisfaction and enterprise operation performance. In fact upgrading employee satisfaction has become an important part of maintaining the enterprise' s core competitiveness and winning competitive advantage. Especially in the pharmaceutical enterprises, homogenization of medical products bring the fierce competition which makes the most direct way to win customer satisfaction and construct and manage loyalty sales force become one of the most difficult tasks.So in this paper, the basic theme is enhancing employee satisfaction of enterprise sales force effectively by using conclusions of statistics survey and empirical analysis.The second part of this paper designs employee satisfaction survey program of sales force which is consistent with the actual operation by analyzing status of T-medicine sales force in the first part of this paper on the basis of describing the theory and methods of employee satisfaction. The third part of this paper gets the key factors of affecting the sales force employee satisfaction of T-medicine enterprise are incentive mechanism, material return, management mechanism, growth and development, enterprise culture and job design in turn on the basis of mathematical analysis of the survey data by SPSS. The fourth part of this paper aiming at the main factors of affecting employee satisfaction, propose solutions and strategies for resolving the current situation of employee satisfaction, and provide valuable suggestions and opinions for decision-making of company leaders. Cisco CEO Chambers pointed: There are two reasons put enterprise into predicament: the first is apart from customer; the second is apart from staff. Just the research of this paper is that enterprise will eliminate the barriers between employees and enterprises as well as customers on the basis of ensuring enterprises understand the employee satisfaction.
