Research On The Path And Countermeasures Of The Performance Improvement Of Intellectual Capital Driving Transportation Enterprises

Rapid development of information technology,combined with the highly integration of world economy,the enterprise survival and development of a larger environment change,the existing economic form,will be replaced by intelligent economic form in the future,its important symbol is the intellectual capital.Transportation enterprise always exists in social organizations in the form of a,since humans produce,transportation enterprise,human activities,need to all kinds of means of transport.The development of transportation enterprises has obvious positive externalities.He can promote the development of related industries and reap economic benefits.The pursuit of economic profit is the cornerstone of the growth and development of transportation enterprises,and intellectual capital plays an important role in the long-term competitive advantage of transportation enterprises.As a transportation enterprise,how should we evaluate the performance closely related to enterprise development? How does intellectual capital affect the performance of transportation enterprises? To this end,this paper mainly studies from the following aspects:First,through the study of existing articles published results refer to that affect transportation enterprise performance,growth and development of an important factor is the intellectual capital,as a result,the transportation enterprise as the research object of this article,and make evaluation of previous research,and points out the deficiencies.Second,according to the actual situation,the establishment of evaluation system,the effect on intellectual capital transportation enterprise objective evaluation of performance,at the same time,draw a subdivided parts of the transport enterprise intellectual capital,and reasonable analysis of the transportation enterprise intellectual capital,each component on this basis,the established model studies the necessary indicators.Third,transportation enterprises in our country is in the prosperous period of development,with the method of structural equation model is established,and the researchwork on transportation enterprise performance of intellectual capital and its related components,check the scale reliability and validity,and enrich the add,modify,perfect the structure equation model,the final validation,and explain the validity and systemic research hypothesis.Fourth,to the transportation enterprise how to increase the intellectual capital development and management,and constantly improve the transportation enterprise performance proposal is put forward,which ensure the transportation enterprise can gain continuous competitive advantage in the market competition,realize transportation enterprise high-speed development with high quality and efficiency.After theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper summarizes the following three important conclusions:First,this article in the paper summarizes the published papers and articles,build the transportation enterprise system of intellectual capital,human capital,structural capital and relational capital make up the majority of the transportation enterprise intellectual capital elements.At the same time,the research and analysis of various measurement indexes of the main elements of the intellectual capital of the transportation enterprises are strengthened to prove the role of intellectual capital in the performance of transportation enterprises.Second,based on the comprehensive summary after the study of existing literature,it is concluded that the transportation enterprise performance can be from the operating performance,earnings performance,development performance and social performance of the four aspects of concrete analysis and research.At the same time,through the establishment of performance study system for transportation enterprises,and affecting the transportation enterprise performance measurement index definition and analysis,and then practice provides guidance for the transportation enterprise performance evaluation.Third,according to the effects of transportation enterprise intellectual capital performance of structural equation model to empirical research and test,confirmed that the human capital,structure capital and relationship capital has positive function in improving the transportation enterprise performance,and,for the enterprise in different life cycle,intellectual capital has the different influence degree on transportation enterprise performance.This conclusion will guide the management of transportation enterprises to develop and utilize the enterprise's intellectual capital vigorously,so as to improve the performance of enterprises and maintain the competitive advantage.
