Study On The Influences Of The Expansion Of Development Zone As "One Zone With Multiple Parks" Mode On Administrative Division Economy

The impact of administrative division economy is still obvious in china.It hinders the free flow of production factors and is disadvantageous to inter regional cooperation.In recent years,the “One Zone with Multiple Parks” mode of the Development Zone is gradually popularized.Many Development Zone companies and management committees get the opportunity to operate multiple parks in different administrative regions.It may enhance inter regional communication and cooperation and promote the free flow of factors of production to some extent,thus plays a positive role in breaking the administrative barriers and promoting inter regional economic connections.There has been little research about this.On the basis of the study of multi-district enterprise,such as transnational corporations,promoting inter regional economic connections,this article will preliminary discuss the mechanism of the “One Zone with Multiple Parks” mode on breaking the administrative barriers,promoting the free flow of production factors and inter regional industrial cooperation.Furthermore,Combining with the case study of Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park,this article carried out an empirical analysis of this construction mode of Development Zone on promoting inter regional economic cooperation.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,mainly describing the research background and significances,research contents,research methods,research framework and innovations.The second chapter is literature review,mainly involving the related research of the “One Zone with Multiple Parks” mode of the Development Zone,Administrative Division Economy,multi-district enterprise.The third chapter is theoretical analysis,focusing on the mechanism of the “One Zone with Multiple Parks” mode on promoting inter regional economic connections.The forth chapter briefly introduces the case of Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park,analyses the current situation of economic connections between different parks of Caohejing,and puts forward the empirical research methods and data sources.The fifth chapter is the empirical part of the paper,which verificates the impact of the “One Zone with Multiple Parks” mode of Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park on promoting inter regional economic connections from the point of view of the development of regional industry,and makes a comparative analysis from different scales.The last chapter is the conclusions and revelations.The research finds that the expansion of Development Zone as “One Zone with Multiple Parks” mode plays a positive role on eliminating administrative barriers and promoting the inter regional flow of capital and talent like multi-district enterprise such as transnational corporations.Development Zone companies and management committees push forward industrial and technical cooperation among various parks with building Inter regional cooperation and communication platform,such as Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park Enterprise Association and Knowledge Products Distribution Center.In addition,Development Zone companies and management committees bring advanced administrative system and market economy concept to other parks belonging to Development Zone group.Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park New Developments Co,.Ltd.gets rid of old administrative system and cultural concept with brand output.It causes the convergence of institutional and cultural environment between different regions,and reduces the resistance of inter regional cooperation.The results of empirical analysis also indicate that the “One Zone with Multiple Parks” mode of Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park promotes economic connections between different parks of Caohejing,but appears differently on different scales.The development of Songjiang park and Pujiang Park in shanghai can effectively promote the free flow of factors of production,and improve the efficiency of industrial development through the inter regional cooperation.It also makes these regions gain a late-development advantage to a certain degree,and narrows the development gap.Affected by provincial boundary,the economic connections between Yancheng park and Caohejing local park are relatively weak,and the development of Yancheng park has little influence on Administrative Division Economy.
