The cost control of the construction project is to measure,measure and evaluate the actual amount of the project cost according to the construction schedule according to the cost plan or the cost budget of the project.And in the event of cost deviation in time to correct the process.Proper measurement,measurement and evaluation can detect unreasonable cost and cost overrun in a timely,effective and accurate manner.Otherwise,it will cover up the truth of unreasonable cost and cost overrun.Although the earned value method is an important method to evaluate the effectiveness of construction cost control,if the construction project is not "symptomatic" and copied,it will not be able to achieve real cost control.According to its characteristics,this paper tries to use the two-level earned value method to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of cost expenditure,thus finding out the specific problems and correcting them pertinently.To reduce costs and achieve cost control goals.On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign scholars in the project cost control,earned value theory and other research materials,using literature research method,field research method,The cost control of workshop construction project in A company is studied systematically by case analysis.By analyzing the current situation of cost and schedule,cost control measures and evaluation methods of A Company,it is found that the project cost overruns,the schedule lags behind,the key points of cost control deviate,the cost control is separated from schedule control,and so on.It is found that the cost analysis and evaluation method of the project is not scientific and systematic,and the key problems can not be found fundamentally.The combination of cost and schedule leads to large deviation of cost control.This study attempts to use the two-level earned value method to analyze the construction cost of the project in detail,starting with the matching of construction schedule and cost control,to find out the key points and key items of cost control.According to this for the enterprise puts forward the pertinence correction measure.It is estimated that the construction cost is controlled by the two-level earned value method,and the cost overruns will be greatly reduced during the completion of the remaining construction tasks.
