With the development of China's opening-up,modern commercial banks in China are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the new era of China economy policy.Modern commercial banks need to innovate and constantly seek for new methods of business development.The commercial banks are paying great attention to the international business,which is a senior business and an important means of marketing expansion and revenue increase.This paper focus on the international business of Postal Savings Bank of China in Shijiazhuang City.Firstly,this paper represents the current status of the economic environment and financial industry competition by deeply analyzing the external environment to find out the opportunities and threats.Secondly,this paper studies the internal environment by evaluating the resources and capabilities of Postal Savings Bank of China in Shijiazhuang City to find its strengths and weaknesses.Finally,due to the SWOT analysis and deep research,this paper develops the corresponding strategy for Postal Savings Bank of China in Shijiazhuang City to face with challenges in the industry.PEST Model,Five Forces Model,Product Structure analysis,SWOT analysis and many other methods are used effectively in this paper.It comprehensively analyzes the competition strategy of international business in Postal Savings Bank of China in Shijiazhuang City and recommends different practical strategies,which will promote the international business to develop sustainably and strengthen its industry leading position of Postal Savings Bank of China in Shijiazhuang City.I am looking forward to making contributions to its development.
