With the global economic integration,the rapid development and transformation of financial industry.The international advanced commercial banks launched a business model revolution that with the background operation intensification as the core by using technology.From the current situation of domestic commercial banks,business outlets of commercial banks are still the main channel of bank service and customer marketing.Therefore,in recent years,many domestic commercial banks regard the "customer-centric" as business philosophy,learn approaches from other advanced foreign banks,integrate with their own reality,and also with the counter business process reengineering as the breakthrough point to actively develop the reform and important try of counter business before and after separation and the background centralized that have achieved obvious achievements.Shanghai Pudong Development Bank focused on "centralized operation " as the point of the reform of the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank operations that listed as "No.1 project",and gradually began to popularize within the entire line.Shanghai Pudong Development Bank rationally divided the business process of the main part,and enhance the processing efficiency of foreground transaction and the external marketing service level.Shanghai Pudong Development Bank regarded the efficiency improvement and risk control as their principle that do not complete all business at front desk who can directly complete the business at background,do not complete matters by customers that teller can complete.Shanghai Pudong Development Bank also regarded intensive treatment as principle that process business at the background as far as possible which dispersed at the front desk,tellers do not processing business by themselves which can automatically complete by computer systems.Shanghai Pudong Development Bank is trying to improve its business concentration degree,and achieve its utilization efficiency maximization of resource.With the consideration of efficiency,Shanghai Pudong Development Bank try to complete complex business at background,strengthen the real-time monitoring of the front desk transactions,achieve the tight control from the beginning to the end of the whole transaction,improve the ability ofrisk prevention.Another principle of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank is reducing cost principle.It makes adjustmentABSTRACT in business process,improves business automation processing level,make full use of advantage of the background centralized processing scale,and makes efforts to reduce human resource cost,operation cost and management cost.In this paper,it found out the risks and problems of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank background centralized operation by analyzing the real situation of bank.Based on the theory of bank operation process reconstruction and front background separation,this paper first introduces the process and present situation of bank operation transformation,and the content and form of the centralized operation model,then analyzes the problems encountered in the practical implementation of the centralized operation model,and puts forward the optimization strategy to the problem.It is hoped that the research in this paper can guide and draw lessons from the further development of the centralized operation model of the bank.
