In recent years,China's insurance industry has developed rapidly and has become the largest and best growing market in the world.In 2017,the scale of China's insurance market ranked the top in the world,and the growth rate was obvious.At present,the proportion of car insurance business to property insurance companies is larger,It's the most important one pillar industry in property insurance.According to the large data study of the insurance company,it is shown that nearly 70% of the company's operating income is driven by the car insurance business at present.The imbalance of the business structure is also a common problem in the development of the same industry,and a few policy property insurance companies are excluded,and most of the property insurance companies are insured.Depending on the income from vehicle insurance premiums,the quality of vehicle insurance directly affects the overall revenue of the company in the development of company income.According to the law of historical development,the benign development of the scale and income of the insurance company can not be separated from the cooperation progress of each block.It can not only reduce the cost control risk of the company,but also can realize long-term sustainable long-term planning,a company's management concept,development plan,market positioning,and the practice of inseparable from channel management.And the feasibility of planning.With the adjustment of the new premium discount coefficient,China's insurance industry has changed from traditional mode to differentiated pricing mode.Vehicle insurance enterprises should seize this opportunity to improve the management level of vehicle insurance marketing channels,and promote the growth of vehicle insurance business.The company has entered the Tangshan market for 16 years since 2002.The brand influence in the market and the company's basic construction have become more mature and robust,and the proportion of the market on the Tangshan market is third.Facing the increasingly competitive insurance market and the emerging insurance companies,Tangshan Pacific Insurance Company is also facing multiple challenges from the outside world and itself.How to continuously improve the profitability of motor vehicle insurance in fierce competition has become the urgent problem to be solved in Tangshan Tai Bao property insurance.In this paper,the current situation of the vehicle insurance channel marketing of Tangshan Pacific Financial Insurance Company is the research object,the internal causes and the overall insurance industry environment in the development of the company are studied scientifically,and the preliminary methods of thinking and methods are given to the specific management strategy.The market environment and external competitive environment of the company are analyzed by PEST analysis method.After analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the marketing channel management of the company,the strategy is preliminarily drawn up through three aspects: channel structure management,channel behavior management and channel relationship management.The viewpoints and suggestions put forward in this paper hope to boost the business development and support of Tangshan Tai Bao property insurance company.
