Study On The Interactive Relationship Between Urbanization And The Tertiary Industry In Hunan Province

It is the the common understanding in academic circles that, in the worlds cope, urbanization is developed by industrialization. However, when industrialization develops to a certain stage, the tertiary industry will be the main driving forces to urbanization, but not industrialization, and at the same time, the development of urbanization accelerates the tertiary industry progress. At present, the Urbanization in Hunan province has being in accelerating development period, so it is of great significance to researching the interaction relationship between Urbanization and The Tertiary industry in Hunan province, if we will strengthen the reasonable guidance of the Tertiary industry, improving the Urbanization level and promoting urban economy development.This paper analyzes the issue through applying comprehensively the integration of normative and empirical, qualitative and quantitative research methods and the industrial economics and other relevant theoretical knowledge. In the base of simply introduced the urbanizationand the Tertiary industry, the internal relations of urbanizationand and the Tertiary industry has been described refinedly. This paper has analyzed the relationship of the Urbanization and the Tertiary industry in Hunan province at a different angle, and it was found that they indicated the presence of reciprocal causation between the Urbanization and the Tertiary industry. And some policy recommendation are put forward on the development of Urbanization and the Tertiary industry in Hunan province.This paper qualitatively analyzes the development situation of the Urbanization and the Tertiary industry, then quantitative analyses the development situation of the Urbanization and the Tertiary industry by using co-integration test, granger causality test and grey relational analysis. There are some conclusions can be drawd. Firstly, the relationship between the Urbanization and the Tertiary industry is long-term stable, they are mutual promotion and development. Secondly, the development level of the Urbanization and the Tertiary industry is highly correlative. Thirdly, the zone which has fast development of urbanization, the Tertiary industry is develops favorably. Fourthly, the grey correlation between the Urbanization and the Tertiary industry is high, the correlationthe of the Urbanizatio and the first level of the Tertiary industry is high, and the second level of the Tertiary industry occupys the second position. Finally, some policy recommendation are put forward on the development of Urbanization and the Tertiary industry in Hunan province, such as accelerating system innovation, transferring rural population into cities orderly, and improving the internal structure of service industry.
