Study On The Interactive Relationship Between Urbanization And The Tertiary In The City Of ChenZhou

Throughout the development of the countries of urbanization. General economic well-developed countries and regions,its corresponding higher level of urbanization. General Experience worldwide shows that:in the early and mid stages of industrialization, industrial dominance in economic development,promote and determine the scale of development and urbanization rate,also accompanied the evolution and development of the tertiary industry.In the late stages of industrialization, the effect in promoting the urbanization,while the the third industry is larger than the industrialized,the scale and evolution within the industry development of tertiary industry,determines the speed increase of urbanization and the city’ functions.Currently,Chenzhou is in the acceleration of urbanization development.Therefore the study of the interaction between urbanization and the development of the tertiary industry in Chenzhou, have a certain internal significance in accelerate the development of urbanization and the adjustment of industrial structure type, even the optimize of industrial structure.First, qualitative analysis the urbanization and the development of the tertiary industry in Chenzhou with the text data on the relevant year.Then, quantitative analysis the town of interaction with the tertiary industry from the angle of time, space, and the tertiary industry at all levels, use the method of regression analysis and gray correlation analysis. Reached the following conclusions:1, The urbanization and the development of tertiary industry in Chenzhou have highly relevant and maintain long-term stable relationships with significant bidirectional causality.2, The spatial pattern of urbanization level and the level of tertiary industry development pattern in Chenzhou remained the same that namely a higher level of urbanization areas of its tertiary industry is also more developed, the level of urbanization in backward areas, the development of tertiary industry also corresponding lag.3, The tertiary industry associated with the development of urbanization is high, the second highest level of tertiary industry, the third lowest level. Finally, on how to co-ordinate Chenzhou’s, urbanization and development of tertiary industry and make relevant policy recommendations.
