Study On The Income Of Farmers In Xinjiang Based On The Comparison Of The Cost And Benefit Of Agricultural Products

Raising farmers' income was given as the main target by the central government,so the adjustment of agricultural supply and the rural development will be carried out on the basis of increasing farmers' income.The demographics in xinjiang shows that the proportion of rural population is large,southern xinjiang is the region with deep poverty and the cause of poverty is really complex,so the southern xinjiang can be the key of reducing poverty.This article analyzed the income of farmers in xinjiang from absolute perspective,relative perspective and income composition.It is found that the income gap between urban and rural areas in xinjiang is relatively large,and the gap with the average income of farmers in China is increasing year by year,so the income of farmers in xinjiang is deteriorating.In contrast,the planting area and yield of wheat,corn,cotton,apple,sugar beet and oilseed in xinjiang were significantly increased,and the yield per unit was higher than the national average.Therefore,there is an asymmetry between the increase of agricultural production and the increase of farmers' income in xinjiang.The results of income composition show that the proportion of farmers operating income in xinjiang is significantly higher than the national average.In this paper,due to the costs and benefits of agricultural products is the direct factors influencing the operating income,the cost and benefit of cotton and fruit products are compared to explore the causes of the asymmetry between the increase of agricultural production and the increase of farmers' income in xinjiang.,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve farmers' income.The results of this paper show that there is a serious asymmetry between the production of crops and the increase of farmers' income,such as grain,cotton,beet,rapeseed and other crops in xinjiang and the high production cost of agricultural products is the main obstacle to the increase of farmers in xinjiang.Therefore,we should choose agricultural products with benefit advantages,rationally plan the production of grain,cotton and fruit,give priority to the development of advantageous agriculture in poverty-stricken counties and promote the development of anti-poverty work in xinjiang.
