The Optimization Of The Benefit Connection Mechanism Between Leading Enterprises And Farmers In Agricultural Park From The Perspective Of Game

In 2017,the No.1 central document proposed that we should build a modern agricultural industrial park with production,processing and technology in a large-scale farming base and leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization.Relying on the public platform of the industrial park,we should increase publicity,attract the construction and operation of leading enterprises,train all kinds of new business entities and industrialized service entities on the premise of farmers’ autonomy and voluntariness,and let multiple parties participate in the construction and share the benefits,so as to drive farmers’ professional,intensive and standardized production,and promote the development of the whole agricultural industry chain.In the following year,the No.1 central document once again proposed that we should carry out the all-round deployment of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and at the same time raise the living standard of the countryside in an all-round way,at the same time,it will promote the organic convergence between the development of the farmers and modern agriculture,and finally reach the goal of the common prosperity of all the people.So far,the Rural Revitalization Strategy focusing on industrial prosperity is put forward,and it is clear that to build a national modern agricultural industrial park,it is necessary to give full play to the leading,leading and exemplary role of agricultural leading enterprises in the quality of agriculture,and effectively link the interests of farmers with the interests of new agricultural business entities or organizations,so as to achieve a win-win situation.Based on this,this paper takes the interest connection mode in Gaochun Modern Agricultural Industrial Park as the research object,mainly uses the farmer behavior theory,stakeholder theory and game theory.Firstly,through questionnaire survey and field interview,we understand the interest connection mode between the leading enterprises and farmers in the park,as well as the main body of the interest connection mode The mode of interest connection leads to the increase of farmers’ income;Then,through empirical analysis,this paper deeply studies the different interest connection modes between the leading enterprises and farmers in the industrial park,and analyzes the influence of different interest connection modes on Farmers’ income increase and the influencing factors of farmers’ income increase;Finally,the evolutionary game model is used to compare the behavior choice and interest relationship of the stakeholders under different organizational models,and the government’s macro-control is added to make more comprehensive and accurate suggestions for the construction of the interest connection mode and mechanism in Gaochun modern agricultural industrial park,so as to comprehensively enhance the degree of farmers’ organization and broaden the space for enterprises to increase income.The conclusions are as followsFirst,through consulting data and field research,this paper analyzes the mode of interest connection between leading enterprises and farmers,the mode of interest connection,and the mode of interest connection driving farmers to increase income in Gaochun modern agricultural industrial park.It is found that at present,Gaochun modern agricultural industrial park mainly has the basic mode of "leading enterprises + farmers" and the mode of innovation,stability and innovation The mode of "leading enterprises +intermediary organizations + farmers" to increase income;There are various ways of interest connection,including cooperation and contract;The benefit connection mode has a significant effect on increasing income.Secondly,through the ordered multi classification logistic regression model,the paper makes an empirical analysis on the impact of different organization modes and other important factors on Farmers’ agricultural income.It is found that the two interest connection modes have corresponding impact on Farmers’ income,and the effect of "leading enterprise + intermediary organization + farmers" interest connection mode is more obvious;Farmers’ educational level,family business scale,farmers’ understanding of the mechanism of interest linkage,and farmland subsidies also have a significant impact on Farmers’ agricultural income.Third,through the use of evolutionary game model to analyze the two kinds of interest connection mode,it is found that both enterprises and farmers are rational socio-economic people,the cost of performance and breach of contract determines the strategic choice of both sides,and both sides may have the tendency of speculation.Therefore,the participation of intermediary organizations can supervise the enterprises and farmers,and promote the stability of the interests of both sides.The government is the link and bridge between the interests of enterprises and farmers,which can promote the increase of farmers’ income and supervise the behavior of both sides.In the process of cooperation between stakeholders,the government should strengthen the punishment for breach of contract,protect the interests of both sides,and promote the stability of interest connection mode.Based on the research of interest connection mode,the following policy suggestions are put forward: comprehensively improve the leading ability of agricultural leading enterprises,and promote the stability of interest connection between farmers and enterprises;Secondly,we should innovate the mode of interest connection and make the distribution of interests fair;Increase the support for farmers’ cooperatives,brokers and other intermediary organizations;We will promote the development of agricultural producer services by all kinds of business entities.
