Research On The Construction Of Urumqi Regional Financial Center In The Core Area Of The Silk Road Economic Belt

Under the background of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Xinjiang is building a regional financial center as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt.This paper,based on related literature at home and abroad and the related theories of regional financial centers,studies the construction of Urumqi regional financial center.First,we analyze the current situation of the construction of Urumqi's regional financial center.The comparison and analysis of the current situation of Urumqi regional financial center found that the western regional financial center of the Silk Road Economic Zone has advantages and disadvantages in economic and financial development.Chengdu,Chongqing,Xi'an,Nanning,Kunming,Lanzhou,Urumqi,Xining,Yinchuan,the construction level of the Urumqi regional financial center is ranked seventh in the western regional financial center city of the Silk Road Economic Zone,and the overall construction level is low.There are also many problems in the construction of Urumqi regional financial center.There is still a long way to go in the construction of the regional financial center of the core area of the Urumqi Silk Road Economic Belt.Secondly,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the construction of Urumqi regional financial center,and constructs the evaluation index system of the influence factors of Urumqi financial center construction from five aspects of economic factors,infrastructure factors,human resource factors,cost factors and open degree factors.The co integration analysis shows that the economic factors are representative.The proportion of the three industries,the amount of investment and the investment of the software and information services and the completion of the investment in the software and information services,the number of college students representing the factors of human resources,the actual use of foreign investment and the total import and export of the factors that represent the degree of openness will produce a positive effect on the development of the Urumqi regional financial center.The tax rate,whichrepresents the cost factor,will have an adverse impact on the development of regional financial centers.The analysis of the factors that influence the construction of Urumqi's regional financial center provides a direction for the future development of regional financial centers.Finally,it puts forward the advancing strategy for the construction of Urumqi's regional financial center.According to the present situation of the construction of Urumqi regional financial center,the goal of the construction of Urumqi regional financial center are put forward.The construction of Urumqi regional financial center should adopt a "mixed type" development model.According to the current situation and influencing factors of the construction of Urumqi regional financial center,the Countermeasures for the construction of Urumqi regional financial center are put forward,Including the construction of regional characteristics of financial services base,good financial development environment,establish a sound financial support system,strengthen the ability of financial services in the real economy,strengthen infrastructure construction,attaches great importance to the financial personnel,with the help of The Belt and Road,improve the regional financial openness.
