Research On Infrastructure Construction And Economic Coordinated Development Of Urumqi Metropolitan Area

Take the new opportunities by "The Belt and Road" macro strategy brought by the city of Urumqi is actively involved in the construction of transportation hub and logistics center,financial services center,culture center,medical service center as one of the "five centers",covering large national oil and gas production base,large coal reserves and coal chemical industry base,large-scale wind power base,there are call "Three bases",and "one channel" is the national energy and resources land-based channel.Relying on the strong resources and political advantages of the core city,Urumqi metropolitan area once again has a new impetus.The construction of infrastructure is an important issue in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt.To deal with the relationship between infrastructure and economic development is a key for the great development of the Urumqi metropolitan area.There are three main modes of the relationship between infrastructure construction and economic development: the advanced development level of infrastructure development is superior to the level of economic development,the coordinated development mode of infrastructure construction and economic synchronous development,and the lag development model of infrastructure development level below the level of economic development.If we want to maintain regional development in a benign development environment,we should strive to achieve the coordinated development mode in infrastructure construction and economic development.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the state of coordinated development of infrastructure and economic development in Urumqi metropolitan area.In this paper,the theme of "Urumqi metropolitan area infrastructure construction and economic coordinated development" is taken as the theme.The previous work mainly collects a large amount of literature data,and makes a systematic analysis on the level of infrastructure and economic development in the urban circle in the last ten years.From the collected materials,the infrastructure construction and economic development of the Urumqi metropolitan area can be found in the year of study.Then,the evaluation system of infrastructure construction and economic coordinated development was constructed,and the coordinated development level of infrastructure and economy in Urumqi metropolitan area in the 2007-2016 years was evaluated by using the related mathematical models.A series of measurement indices,such as coordination degree,coordinated development degree and coordinated development trend index,are calculated,and the coordination ability of infrastructure and economic system and the degree of association between the two are analyzed.Comprehensive research content,we can get the main results: 2007-2016 years in Urumqi metropolitan area infrastructure level and economic development level to maintain a better and more stable direction.In the continuous research years,the relationship between infrastructure development and economic development in metropolitan area has never been in a coordinated development state and has been highly coordinated.In these cities and counties,the comprehensive development level of infrastructure is higher than the level of comprehensive economic development,and the strength of economic development has a great influence on the coordination of the two systems.Through the comparison of the coordinated development degree of 14 cities and counties in Urumqi city circle,it is found that the coordinated development track of Shihezi is different from other cities.The coordination relationship between the two systems in this city has been maintained at the middle and higher coordination stage,and the coordinated development index is maintained at the highest level of 0.67 and is in the general coordinated development stage.The analysis of the coordinated development trend of infrastructure and economy in Urumqi metropolitan area shows that the coordinated development trend index of two systems in the region over the past ten years is more than 1,that is,it has been in a state of coordinated development.The coordinated development trend of the two systems is mainly based on growth.The trend of the coordinated development of infrastructure and economy in Gaochang,Tuokexun and Hutubi counties is declining.Finally,through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the previous two systems,combined with the actual situation,the construction and economic development of Urumqi metropolitan area are proposed,and the shortcomings and prospects of this paper are summarized.
