This research focus on Z fashion brand retail stores' compensation system.Z company is a small scale chain stores business.In recent years,the retailing stores sales volume increase in a very slow trend,and the profit in a drop trend.According to the challenges of cost raising and the competition with digital channels,retailing companies have to improve their compensation system.Through compensation system optimization,the retail companies could control the salary cost,drive the company's sales volume,attract and maintain the good sales people.Combine with the study of domestic and overseas' compensation theory and the situation of fashion dress retailing industry,this article works out a new compensation system for Z brand retailing stores.This research analyzes the inspiration of each salary factor,and analyzes the questionnaire of sales people.The mainly improving methods are including salary range expansion,the rate adjustment of regular part and bonus part,target management,multi-reward driving,and vary the retailing company benefits.Compensation management is the core part of retailing operation.Through this research,this article tries to provide certain reference for fashion stores' retailing compensation management.
